Dr. Adwaita A Gore Medical Onclogist & Hemato Oncologist, graduated in Medicine from University of Mumbai with Distinction in Human Physiology. In September 2006, he completed D.N.B (National Board of Examinations, Delhi) - in General Medicine from Dr. B. Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. In September 2010 he received Certification in Medical Oncology by European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO).
In March 2011, he completed Super Speciality Medical Oncology training at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai. He continued with further Specialisation in the area of Hemato Oncology and Immuno Oncology from the University of Giessen and Marburg, Giessen, Germany.
He has been practicing Medical Oncology, Hemato Oncology and Bone marrow transplant for more than 15 years. As a Consultant Medical Oncologist at multiple prestigious hospitals like Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mazgaon, Global Hospital, Parel, Kohinoor Hospital, Kurla, Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai, Reliance Hospital, Navi Mumbai, he has been instrumental in treating and care of patent and families affected by cancer. He has played a vital role in the setting up of the Medical Oncology Services at the BYL Nair Municipal General Hospital Mumbai Central. Throughout his tenure he gained vast experience and reputation, and is considered one of the Best Oncologist in Chembur, Mumbai. .
Dr Adwaita Gore is currently the Associate Director, Department of Medical Oncology and Precision Medicine at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital and Zen Multi Specialty Hospital, Mumbai.
He is a keen researcher and is involved as Investigator in Clinical Trials. He has many Oral and Poster presentations covering a wide spectrum of diseases in Medical Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant.
He is also a reviewer for several International Indexed journals. Currently he is the Executive Editor of Indian Journal of Cancer.
